
RHETT HALL
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Rhett has been a member of the CSMH Community for the past 14 years. He has worked in the Financial Services industry as a Financial Advisor and Sr. Wealth Associate, managing client relationships while building investment portfolios for over 17 years. He has been an active community volunteer in various capacities. Rhett, and his wife Juli, have a 6th grader at CSMH and three older boys who have all graduated from CSMH.

BART FISHER
VICE PRESIDENT
Bart Fisher is a learning and development manager at a leading global semiconductor firm, with two decades experience in the valley. He's also been active in the Morgan Hill community since moving here in 2003, including a term as an elected member of the Morgan Hill Unified School District Board from 2006 to 2010. His current interests include improv comedy - he's a main stage player at ComedySportz in San Jose - and enjoying the many opportunities for outdoor recreation that the South Valley offers. Bart and his wife Vera have one daughter who is currently at CSMH.

MARY ROENSCH
TREASURER
Mary Roensch has over thirty years of accounting experience in public and nonprofit organizations managing teams and handling accounting responsibilities, cash management and investments, budgeting and audits and business consulting. In 1998 she founded M Roensch Consulting, an accounting consultancy specializing in the needs of start-up and small business ventures. Prior to MRC, from 1976 to 1997, she was most recently Sr. Director of Accounting with ALZA Corporation, now a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson. She serves as Director and Trustee on the boards of both privately held and nonprofit corporations and organizations.

PAUL RICHEY
SECRETARY
Paul Richey has 20 years of digital advertising and ecommerce experience. He has held leadership positions across successful startups and large global organizations including LinkedIn, eBay and Telefonica. He has managed large scale global revenue, led strategic planning, budgeting, sales and account management teams and held various product roles. He has prolific knowledge of the Internet, building large scale consumer branded websites and communities. Paul contributes his time to several Morgan Hill organizations and has three children that attend CSMH.

LIZ BOLTON
DIRECTOR
Liz Bolton is a certified elementary school teacher with over fifteen years of teaching experience. Prior to teaching she was an IT specialist in the food industry and she is currently an independent consultant and substitute teacher. Liz has extensive volunteer experience with fundraising activities, event coordination and instructional support. She has successfully led fundraising initiatives generating several thousands of dollars. Liz Bolton has three children in the 7th, 9th and 12th grades.

DANA DITMORE
DIRECTOR
Dana Ditmore has extensive senior management experience in high technology environments, including general management, engineering, quality, procurement and human resources. His experiences have included global responsibility for operations throughout Asia, Europe and North America specializing in for-profit capital equipment service businesses in the semiconductor industry. For the past approximately 30 years Dana has been an active participant as a Board member for over a dozen non-profit organizations in the Silicon Valley, with primary focus on education K-university level and youth related programs.

CLAUDE SOLANAS
DIRECTOR
Claude Solanas has 30 plus years of Engineering, Engineering Management and Business Management experience with global responsibilities for products and services with a multi-national corporation. Following retirement he developed and has operated a small vineyard and winery business with direct involvement in all phases of operation for the last 17 years. He has recently served as a member of CSMH board and past President of that board. He and his wife Evelyn have volunteered in the classrooms assisting students for 7 years and have two grandchildren in CSMH in the third and sixth grade, respectively.

CRAIG WEBER
DIRECTOR
Craig Weber has lived in Morgan Hill for the past 13 years and has more than 30 years of experience working in financial services. For the past 18 years, he has served as the President & CEO of CommonWealth Central Credit Union. Craig has been involved with CSMH for many years and has served as a member of the CSMH Board of Directors and is a past chairman of the CSMH Board. Craig and his wife Jennifer have a daughter who attended CSMH from Kindergarten through 8th grade who is now a student at Sobrato High School.

BRIAN SULLIVAN
DIRECTOR
Brian moved to the Valley from Detroit Michigan in 1980. A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Moraga he
has lived in Morgan Hill since 2000 and most recently served as the Chairman of The Board of the
Charter School. In addition to his current Charter School Foundation Board duties, Brian serves on the
Morgan Hill Rotary Board and the Morgan Hill Community Law Enforcement Foundation (C.L.E.F.)
Board. In the past he served on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors; the Public Policy
Committee of March Vision Care; the Broker Councils for a number of larger Insurance Carriers like
Kaiser, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield; the Silicon Valley Association of Health Underwriters Board;
the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber Board as well on the Chambers International Committee,
Membership Committee and the Ambassadors. In 2010 he was Chairman of the Morgan Hill Chamber
Board. While living in Detroit he served on a large Metropolitan School Board having 24,000 students
and 1,600 staff. Currently Brian owns and runs his own Health Insurance Agency, Global Affiliates
advising Clients on their options for Insurance from carriers like Kaiser, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue
Shield as well as many others. He enjoys golf and reading mystery thrillers. He and his wife Kathy, a
former High School teacher and Department Head love our community and enjoy working together to
make it a better place for all!
